Hello! Welcome to the family!

My name is Stephanie Gallo, and I am the creator of Chasing Vacation! My goal is to help your family make core memories that you will remember forever.

I am a wife and mom of two who loves to travel with my family. Many of our core family memories come from our experiences while on vacation.

I started my career as an elementary school teacher who loved to plan family vacations for every school break on the calendar. After 15 years of teaching, I decided to change the direction of my future and devote more time to staying home with my children while still planning unforgettable experiences for our family.

Over the years, I have been asked by many friends and family members to help plan trips and itineraries for their vacations. This sparked the idea to create Chasing Vacation.

Chasing Vacation is a place to find information and itineraries for various locations, as well as travel tips and ways to connect as a family. I want to share the knowledge I have gained about traveling with my family to various locations while helping your family experience destinations they will remember forever.

Meet The Gallo Family

My name is Stephanie Gallo, and I am the creator of Chasing Vacation. After being an elementary school teacher for 15 years, I left education and am a stay-at-home mom who loves to create core memories with my family. I love to read, write, bake, and, of course, plan vacations. I married my high school sweetheart Nick, who is an entrepreneur. Nick coaches our children’s sports teams and enjoys skiing, golf, and spending time outside. We have two children, Roman and Serafina. Roman loves baseball, basketball, drawing, and spending time with his friends. Serafina loves cheerleading, basketball, and all things girly. When we’re not traveling, we love having fun at home with our dog, Ruby.
